# Cameras
One of my hobbies is photography, I might not be good at it, but I like the process and that is what matters. I think there's not a single more infuriating quote in photography (at least for me) than "A camera is just a tool". This is insulting to everyone that is involved in the process of making a camera, and to all cameras as well. Ask anyone, a programmer with his laptop and text editor or a painter with a brush in hand and even a writer with a fountain pen, they all have tools that they will use before any other, a beautiful tool that makes itself a joy to use, creating using such tool is just an amazing feeling. Why is the design of a tool that is used for creative work is dismissed, a camera with good feeling and design will make you want to use it, it will make you a better photographer, it will make you photograph more often. The only way you become better at anything, will be doing it, hence, a camera that will make you get out and photograph more often will make you a better photographer.
# My Cameras
Because my father is an avid photo-amateur I have a lot of cameras that I got from him. I really like all of them, but my favourite is the only camera i bought myself, a Nikon Zfc, that I nicknamed Zefir. I also have a Nikon Coolpix s2700 that is my go-to digicam and a Nikon F65 which is my film camera of choice (yes, my dad is a fan of Nikon). I also have two cameras that are not made by Nikon, a Canon Sure Shot Tele (a film point and shoot) and a Zenit TTL (produced in the USSR, that was gifted to me by my uncle, and came with an amazing Helios lens). Each of these cameras make me want to walk throught the city and shoot, and that is the only thing that matters.
